Southern Cross Easy-Claim

Southern Cross Easy-claim enables Toniq to automatically send claims for patient prescription charges to Southern Cross during the dispensing process. Claims are validated and paid direct to the pharmacy, with the patient to pay the balance, if any (depending on their policy).

Southern Cross Easy-claim provides a strong incentive for patient loyalty. Patients who are members will not be ‘out of pocket’ for eligible claims and can take full advantage of policies with cover for small medicine claims that may have been ‘too much trouble’ to claim for in the past.
