1CHART Electronic Medication Management in IDEA Services

Never decipher another hand written chart for IDEA Services again!

Over the next 14 months, IDEA Services are rolling out the 1CHART medication management system nationwide.

1CHART unites prescribers, pharmacy, and medicine administrators around a patient’s chart and provides a single point of truth for the patient’s current medicines.

There are many benefits of the 1CHART system for Pharmacy:

  • 1CHART is clear, concise, and easy to check against, no more deciphering hand written text
  • Changes are immediately notified to the pharmacy
  • Integrates with the current pharmacy system Toniq Dispensary and RxOne
  • Resupply requests initiated by the medicine administrators display immediately
  • Easy to view the prescribing history of a patient
  • Secure electronic communications with the prescriber and medicine administrators

There is no upfront setup cost. Pharmacies new to 1CHART only need to pay:

  • $1.50 per patient per month, capped at $60 per month
  • If you have less than 10 patients, only pay $15 per month

Pharmacies already using 1CHART; IDEA Services will count as an additional facility. Please call us if you have any further questions around how this will affect your current pricing.
